We have an exciting full-time opportunity at Cloudmuscle, for a Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant who is hands-on, comfortable doing pre-sales and has a good technical ability.

Job requirements
The Role
As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you’ll help grow our Marketing Cloud practice at Cloudmuscle while delivering impactful client projects.
Own the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales and discovery to implementation, and post-launch support.
Act as a trusted advisor on best practices, proactively managing client relationships.
Lead projects, connecting business stakeholders, development teams, and operations.
Support sales by identifying opportunities, sharing expertise
Mentoring teammates.
Design intuitive solutions for Marketing Cloud automation, integrations, and enhanced user experience.
Build insightful reports and dashboards to help clients measure success.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
4–5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
Strong grasp of platform features, data architecture, and cross-product integration.
Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, data migration, and user training.
Skilled in designing automated journeys (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder).
Salesforce core knowledge, marketing cloud growth, and data cloud knowledge is a plus
Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs (email marketing, PPC, etc.).
Experience with reporting, analytics, and integrations with third-party tools.
Ability to collaborate across teams and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
Excellent English communication skills (Dutch a plus); comfortable in a diverse, international team.
Relevant Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Email Specialist, etc.).
Preferably EU citizenship or a permanent residency for the Netherlands.
