THE COMPANY

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner with our clients in the recruitment industry. Our client is a leading recruitment agency in the process industry, and they employ over 250 employees over 20+ different locations in The Netherlands.

The HQ is in Capelle aan den IJssel and this will be the location that you will be working from! You are expected to be in the office at least three days a week.

Our client has built their own custom Salesforce environment in which they have implemented custom applications to optimize their processes. The company has the desire to be an innovator in the sector and that’s the reason that they want to innovate and optimize their Salesforce environment even more!

This new role is the IT manager’s right hand and will be the link between business and IT. In this role you will meet with different key users and department managers and will retrieve their requirements. The product owner creates user-stories and works closely together with the developers and the end users to develop and implement the newest applications. On top of that the priority is to improve the way of working by implementing scrum / agile, and you will train the recruiters how to use the new applications within Salesforce.


Responsibilities:

  • Business analysis: You will proactively reach out to different line managers and you will retrieve their functional and technical requirements.
  • Change management: Engage with end-users of the Salesforce application to secure adoption
  • Managing stakeholders: manage senior management expectations, especially with time-sensitive stakeholders.
  • Leveraging Salesforce experience: design Salesforce solutions and advise on best practices

Job requirements

  • Dutch and English professional language skills
  • Salesforce experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Admin or Consultant in a similar environment.
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage expectations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Analytical mindset: Writing clear functional and technical requirements. Investigative, curious, and diligent in double-checking existing solutions.
  • Location: Candidates who live within half an hour (without traffic) or one hour (with traffic) of the location (Rotterdam/The Hague/Capelle)

Hours per week:  32- 40 hours, with 3 days on-site
