Job requirements

The Role
As a Salesforce Solution Lead, you’ll focus on delivering tailored Salesforce solutions for our clients, managing relationships with senior stakeholders, and leading a team of talented consultants. In this role, you will:

  • Lead discovery and design sessions, guiding clients through Salesforce solutions and demos. 
  • Oversee project estimates, plans, and architecture, steering strategic direction and client engagement.
  • Provide expert advice on configuration issues and inspire clients with roadmaps for growth.
  • Mentor and guide team members in best practices and consulting skills.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience with best-practice knowledge.
  • Pre-sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong operational expertise in Sales, Service, and Marketing.
  • Agile experience preferred.
  • Dutch language skills
